Introducing the Central Bank ATM Fee Refund Program

Nationwide ATM surcharges and/or fees charged to your Central Bank debit card will be reimbursed if you turn in the ATM receipt showing the surcharges and/or fees to any Central Bank location within 60 days of the transaction.

Once the receipts are turned in, it may take up to 2 business days for the refund to credit your account.

Surcharges/Fees will not be refunded if the ATM receipt is not presented within 60 days of the transaction.
