* Interest Bearing Accounts

  1. Your interest rate and annual percentage yield are subject to change. Interest is compounded and credited monthly on checking accounts. Interest is computed on the daily balance method which applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. Interest is compounded and credited quarterly on savings accounts.
  2. If the account balance falls below the minimum daily balance requirement to avoid service charge anytime during the statement cycle on Classic Checking, Super Now, and Active Assets Accounts, the interest rate   and annual percentage yield will be reduced.
  3. Central Bank’s interest computation is the daily balance method. This method applies a periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (checks).
